Announcements #5

The first Projects have been published. Read the fairy tales in the Project Blog under Project One- they’re fabulous! Once you’ve read them all, go to the Student Project Poll and vote for your favorite one. Nice work everyone.

Happy end of Week 2. You made it! Only 4 more weeks to go. Remember that Lesson 5 will open on Tuesday (Monday is a holiday.) I forgot to note this in the syllabus, but we’ll just compress Lesson 5 into Tuesday and Wednesday- I’m sure y’all will figure it out. You’ve been my smartest class yet!

Another reminder that Project 2 (an individual project) is now extra credit. Project 3 is the next group project and will be due on Friday, June 2. If you have any concerns about absent members in your group, please let me know.

Just a note about your comments so far. Many of them have been brilliant, but a few of you are starting to ramble on and are not connecting your thoughts to the readings or lesson content. Remember to stay on topic. Also, merely agreeing with a post that has already been made is not enough to get you full credit… push the envelope a bit and let’s start really debating these issues!
